The Mirror Boutique will gladly accept returns for the following reasons:
* Defective/Damaged Merchandise
* Mis-shipment
* Customer dissatisfied with merchandise
Return Orders:
1. The customer must ensure the merchandise is returned and not damaged during return shipment to receive proper credit.
2. All returns must be issued within 15 days of receiving shipment. The customer must contact us via email or by phone within the 15 day period to request a refund. Please do not return items without contacting The Mirror Boutique first.
3. Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacture box, Inside and Outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests will be accepted after 15 days of receiving shipment.
4. Credits will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise.
5. Freight on merchandise being returned is the responsibility of the buyer. After the merchandise has been returned and all requirements have been met by the buyer, the original purchase price will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. If the merchandise arrives damaged or defective from The Mirror Boutique, a replacement will be sent to the customer.
6. For any returns due to Buyer Remorse or Wrong Item Ordered, a credit will be issued less a 25% restocking fee.
