The Mirror Boutique will gladly accept returns for the following reasons:
* Defective/Damaged Merchandise
* Mis-shipment
* Customer dissatisfied with merchandise
Return Orders:
1. You must ensure the merchandise is returned to receive proper credit.
2. All returns must be issued within 15 days of receiving shipment.
3. Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacture box, Inside and Outer shipping box,with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests will be accepted after 15 days of receiving shipment.
4. Credits will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise.
5. Freight on merchandise being returned is the responsibility of the buyer. After the merchandise has been returned and all requirements have been met by the buyer, the original purchase price will be refunded.
6. For any returns due to Buyer Remorse or Wrong Item Ordered, a credit will be issued less a 20 -25% restocking fee.
